Workplace Psychology

Trained psychologist, specializing in industrial psychology.

I am particularly interested in the psychological profiles of management personnel and in the role of women within the business/industrial sector.

I teach in Universities since 1977 in management programs (organizational behavior, fundamental management competencies and career development).

I also consult in areas that involve differential psychology and career management. My mandates often included evaluation and training.

I also taught organizational behavior in Africa and worked with the Didactheque International of ENAP in Sub-Saharan Africa, Chile and Rwanda on a project designed to promote women in management roles of public administration.

Recently, I studied the issue of the role of women in management. I assisted a Cameroon colleague in her research work on the impact of the Didactheque program in Sub-Saharan Africa. In addition, I have also built my own personal project where I examine statistics on women in management positions here and elsewhere. I am interested in methods and intervention to assist the emergence of women in decision-making roles – and I intend to shed some light on the issue of “How important the role of women is in a professional environment”. And finally, I like to assist both students and professionals (men and women!!) to:

• Reflect on their present and future professional situation
• Organize an action plan to prioritize and achieve their goals
• Implement it successfully
