We have established security measures to protect you when using our visioconsultation service and credit card processing, these services include;
· Strong encryption technology to help ensure that data passing between your PC and our Web Service is secure, therefore you must have a browser that supports this level of encryption ( in technical jargon: 128 bit encryption).
· Digital certificates, issued by trusted third party companies to let you know that our site is secure and genuine.
· Automatic log out time.
· Firewalls to protect information provided.
We never send you messages asking you to provide us with personal information by email (for more information, refer to our section on email scams and “phishing”). Please keep in mind that email messages are not encrypted and therefore, subject of being intercepted and read by third parties.
As we previously mentioned, our service is encrypted with the latest technology available. Using Secure Socket Layer (SSL 128 Bit encryption) forbids any third party of accessing a session without obtaining a password. Our server software is protected by firewalls that systematically control activity pertaining to the security of our website, permitting nobody else except authorized site administrator access.
In case of power failure, generators will ensure continuous performance of our server without further interruptions. Sessions taking place will not be affected and will carry on as intended. Further to this, your credit card information is equally encrypted using the same technology. Information will never appear in text format on the web. Your payment is completed directly through your financial institution; this information is not accessible or stored on our server.
